30 Hour Remedial Course for Broker's & Salesperson's License
New York State passed a law increasing the requirement for a Salesperson's license from a 45 hour course to a 75 hour course, effective July 1, 2008. - Individuals who want a New York broker or associate broker license who have completed the “old” 45-hour salesperson course.
