The GRAR Education Center offers a wide-range of educational and training opportunities. Courses include those needed for real estate and appraisal continuing education credit, as well as licensing and pre-licensing courses for individuals who wish to practice as a salesperson, broker, or mortgage broker. Additionally, we provide workshops that are designed to develop and enhance a real estate professional’s skills and knowledge. Classes are open to GRAR members and the general public.
The GRAR Education Center is located at 800 West Metro Park, Rochester, NY 14623. Education Department staff can be reached Monday through Friday from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.
