The following information will provide you with our instructor selection criteria and application process.

These policies and procedures have been designed to promote high quality instructors leading the real estate industry in education.


Application Process

Our faculty needs fluctuate from time to time depending on the schedule of our current education programs, CE cycles and introduction of new courses. Please follow the steps below and submit your information to:

Instructor Criteria

  • Applicant must have a teaching degree, teaching certificate, or have completed the ITI (Instructor Training Institute) Course;
  • Submit a course outline, with objectives;

  • If approved, conduct an audition with the Professional Development Committee
