MLXchange is GRAR's online Multiple Listing Service system. All classes are hands-on on a GRAR or student supplied notebook PC. To register, see the instructions in the column on the right>>
Fee: $25/session*, reservations required.
Where: GRAR, up to 12 attendees per session**
* New GRAR members may attend the Intro to MLXchange workshop at no charge, as it is part of the new member application fee. New members should call GRAR to register at 585-341-2150 to avoid payment.
** GRAR has 6 training PCs and room for an additional 6 members to bring their own notebook PC with a wireless connection (must arrive 15 minutes early to get set up to wireless network, load Active X controls (if necessary), and ensure passwords are working).
INTRO TO MLXCHANGE: 3 hours of continuing education credits.
This class offers a "no pressure" environment to learn the basics of navigating through MLXchange. Learn how to effectively search for listings. Learn how and when to use the Mapping Search and narrow down your listings using County, Village, Neighborhood, Zip code, etc.
We will cover Contact Management, how to build a client database and how to use it when emailing listings.

MLXCHANGE ADVANCED: 3 hours of continuing education credits.
This class will be the next step after the Basic session. Learn how to effectively use the MLXchange home page features. Hands on examples of advanced searching techniques, setting system defaults, intro to report manager, prospecting function and, MLXchange Agent website. This is a 'hands on' workshop on a GRAR or student supplied notebook PC.

MLXCHANGE CMA: 3 hours of continuing education credits.
This feature lets you create attractive, graphical presentations for both buyers and sellers that can be quickly and easily emailed to your clients. Learn the easy way to identify and add comparable properties into your CMA. See where to enter your chosen adjustments and how to select the pages to be used in the final report. This is a 'hands on' workshop on a GRAR or student supplied notebook PC.

MLXCHANGE REPORT MANAGER
Learn how to alter and personalize the listing reports you email or hand to your clients. From the simplest of changes like adding your cell phone number next to your name, to creating unique listing marketing reports which can include custom fonts, maps, links to other web sites and imported graphics and banners. This is a 'hands on' workshop on a GRAR or student supplied notebook PC.
