Kimberlie Barrett is President and Owner/Broker of Magellan, Inc., an independent woman-owned "Realty, Relocation, Training and Consulting" firm. Although a full-service brokerage, the company specializes in working with those who buy and sell new homes.
Her experience includes 24+ years of consulting with developers and builders on how to market new home developments, working with buyers who want to build and training agents on how to sell new homes. She is past host of the radio show "The Magellan Real Estate Hour" and is a NYS Certified Instructor, CRB and MIRM designee, CBR and NAHB, NSMC, NAR and WCR member brokered in New York and Florida.
Blending innovation, opportunity, integrity and service, the company will expand nationally beginning the fall of 2005. 1% of commission dollars generated by the firm go to community service to help the homeless and other worthy causes.
Kim resides with her family in Spencerport and volunteers time to several GRAR and RHBA committees as well as the Girl Scouts of Genesee Valley where she has been a leader for the past 9 years.
