Become a REALTOR®
The term REALTOR® is a registered collective membership mark that identifies a real estate professional who is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). Unlike many real estate agents who are simply licensed by the state to do business, REALTORS® have taken additional steps to become members of the local Association of REALTORS® and have agreed to act under and adhere to a strict Code of Ethics.

Alert: If you are interested in becoming a licensed sales agent, please be aware that New York State has passed a law increasing the requirement from a 45 hour course to a 75 hour course effective July 1, 2008.
