Approved Instructor. - Salesperson and Broker Licensing Courses. - Salesperson and Broker Continuing Education Courses. - Developed and instructed many continuing education courses around the state (e.g. Lake Placid, Syracuse,Binghamton, New York City, Albany, Rochester, etc.). - 1991 - Present N.Y.S. Approved Appraisal Course Instructor. - Appraisal Licensing and Certification Courses. - Appraisal Continuing Education Courses (developed and instructed many continuing education courses around the state (e.g. Lake Placid, Syracuse, Binghamton, New York City, Albany, Rochester, etc.). - 1990 - Present - Approved Instructor for the Society of Real Estate Appraisers and its successor the Appraisal Institute (Courses for the SRA and MAI designation and many seminars) instructed courses/seminars from Augusta, Maine to Charlotte, North Carolina to Portland, Oregon and many places in between). - 1990 - Present - Small Claims Assessment Review Hearing Officer - Seventh Judicial District State of New York. - 1991 - Present - New York State Certified Residential Appraiser #45-4006. - Circa 1994 - NAHB Approved Instructor for the CSP Designation. - 2002 - Present - AQB National Certified USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Standards) Instructor.
