Meet Our Instructors

Valerie Morgan

Becoming an instructor was a natural offshoot of years of involvement in GRAR committee work. As a member of the Professional Development Committee for many years, participation in the Rookie Program Task Force and Chair of the Masters Program Task Force came next. With a passion for education for education’s sake, she demonstrates that the truly educated never graduate.

In 2006 Val received ITI (Instructor Training Institute) certification from NYSAR and became certified by the NYS Bureau of Education Standards to teach real estate continuing education classes. In the same year she authored and taught a NYS-approved CE course entitled, “Creating Income Streams from Waterfront Sales.”

Licensed since 1988, Val is an Associate Broker with Nothnagle REALTORS at the Webster Office, where she has mentored and field coached a number of her fellow agents through the years.
