School Policy
All scheduled classes will run as planned except in the event of severe weather conditions. Cancellations are accepted by phone to 585-341-2150 or by email to GRAReducation@grar.net. See policy below for cancellation guidelines.
GRAR courses are open to the public unless noted and are held at GRAR unless otherwise noted. We are located at 930 East Avenue, Rochester, NY 14607.
Tuition Refund Policy
For Members enrolled in Continuing Education Courses:
At anytime GRAR Members who are registered for a course may cancel and apply their full tuition towards another GRAR course, within a six (6) month period. For GRAR Members who do not wish to transfer into another course, we will issue a full refund if cancellation is received at least seven (7) days before the course start date. If the cancellation is received within seven (7) days of the course start date, a tuition refund will be issued, less a 20% service charge. GRAR Members agree that any refund requested on transferred tuition is subject to a 20% service charge.
For Students enrolled in a Pre-Licensing Course:
Students who cancel out of the course will be subject to a 20% service charge. Tuition transfers will be allowed, however tuition may be transferred only once within a six (6) month period. Student agrees that any refund requested on transferred tuition is subject to a 20% service charge.
GRAR will NOT refund tuition in the event of a) student's failure to cancel before course start date; or b) student actions resulting in permanent dismissal from the course.
