Professional Experience: Includes all manner of transactions involving vacant land, multiple family units, single family residences, mobile homes, businesses, mobile home parks, and commercial properties. Financing these transactions involved government-insured loans, conventional mortgages, privately-held notes, and combinations of these mortgages. The market-area served covers the counties of Monroe, Livingston, Allegany, Ontario, Genesee, Orleans, and Wyoming in Western New York State.
Affiliated with Nothnagle Realtors for over 28 years, Mike has been active in his local community as a youth hockey coach, and supporter of housing-related agencies such as the hospice at Teresa House, and Chances & Changes, a shelter for victims of domestic violence. Courses that he has presented and developed include the Salesperson Qualifying course, Ethics, “Did You Disclose?”, “Multiple Offers: Handle With Care”, “Lead-Based Paint: Getting It Right”, Commercial Tips for Residential Agents”, “Buyer Representation” and “1031 Exchanges”.
