 Angela Territo
My mission statement:
“To express my real estate knowledge, versatility and coaching to agents of all levels to ensure they lead a balanced life and achieve great success in their real estate business, while maintaining a high degree of professionalism.”
Angela has been Director of Career Development with Coldwell Banker Prime Properties since 2002. She is the full time trainer at the Pittsford training center providing the “120 Day Guaranteed Success Sales System” for new & experienced agents. Her program trains agents how to generate business, listing & sale contracts, pricing property, effective buyer agency, business plans & goal setting, effective presentations, time management & technology training. Through daily One-on-One coaching with each agent, her agents attain 84% success rate to graduation from the program.
Angela has been coached on & involved with the Mike Ferry System of Real Estate since 1998. This elite group of trainers, agents and managers nationally are coached on a weekly basis to keep their skills cutting edge.
Most recently, Angela accomplished her certification by New York State, through the “Instructors Institute Training Program”.
Angela also holds the following certifications/degrees:
- NYS Real Estate Associate license 1980
- NYS Real Estate Broker license 1984
- Certified Residential Specialist, NAR 1996
- Mike Ferry organization one-on-one coaching since 1998
- Realtor designation 1999
- NYSAR state certified trainer 2004
- BA, Business Management degree, Empire State College, 2005
- NYSAR instructors institute training 2006
- Women’s Council of REALTORS®, Board of Directors 2005
- United Way Chairman since 2006
Angela’s personal interests include spending quality time with her daughter who is attending college. An avid ballroom dancer & boater, Angela’s enjoys life to the fullest!
