- Matrix Appraiser Search – Available in the Cross Property Search menu is a search screen called 1004MC Search (look under Search in Matrix and then Cross Property and then 1004MC Search). It has the proper statuses and date ranges preselected for your 1004MC export (all statuses and one year back). Just enter the rest of your search criteria and you are good to go.
- Market Conditions Addendum: The Market Conditions Addendum (Form 1004MC) was designed to enhance the transparency of the market trends and conditions conclusions made by the appraiser. This report is made available as a PDF or via export in Matrix.
- PDF: This 1004MC Appraiser tool is a REPORT/DISPLAY in Matrix. To view or print, start as shown above in Cross Property Search/1004MC Search and then look for it where you select what type of report to print. Scroll all the way down and the choices are 1004MC Report Detail (the actual report plus a list of all the included listings) and 1004MC Report Summary (the actual report).
- Export: There is also a preset Export available for this report. You will need Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Excel or a Microsoft Office Compatible Program to use these documents.
- After searching and selecting the listings you need, click on Export and then either 1004MC (tab delimited) or 1004MC (tab del/no header).
