GRAR Rising Star Award Nomination Form

This year, the Board will recognize an individual who has made a significant impact on the real estate industry early in their career. Only members with 5 years or less as a GRAR member at the time of nomination are eligible for this award.

Nominees for the Rising Star Award must meet the following criteria:

• Involvement with GRAR and/or NYSAR as a volunteer
• Displaying professional growth (examples could include the following)
  • Attaining designations and certifications
  • Attending industry conferences
• Showing great cooperation with other agents
• Exhibit leadership in the real estate industry
• Show involvement in the community
• Have a minimum of 12 closed transactions in your career

In at least a paragraph, please explain your reasons for nominating this member based on the above criteria. The nominee will be asked to provide additional details on their qualifications to the Awards & Recognition Task Force. Your comments, along with the nominee’s application, will be considered by the Task Force to determine the top 3 finalists who will be interviewed in person by the Task Force. All three finalists for the award will be announced to the membership April 1st with a summary of their achievements.
