GRAR Chief Executive Officer
Directs the day-to-day activities of the GRAR staff and program offerings; works with the Boards of Directors to develop and implement the goals and strategic direction of the organization.
Manages the financial activities of the Association. Oversees accounts receivable and payable; serves as staff liaison to the Finance Committee; coordinates annual budgets for GRAR and UNYREIS; coordinates annual audit.
Provides assistance and support for the Association’s internal & external communications including: e-newsletters, membership-wide mass e-mails, press releases and GRAR.org.
Director of Professional Development
Works closely with the Department of State, Division of Licensing; is Staff Liaison to the Professional Development Committee to assist with creating and delivering new course offerings for members.

MLS & Technology
Director of MLS & Technology
Oversees MLS, support of all related tools and data feeds, coordinates planning and implementation of procedures and policies related to the MLS and other information services. Jane is staff liaison to the REALTOR/Bar and Tech Committees and the coordinator of the annual Reboot+ Technology Conference.
MLS & Technology Specialist; Director of Professional Standards
Oversees Professional Standards, Ethics and MLS Rules Compliance (including IDX rules and access to data for websites and broker tools).
