Jim Yockel
Chief Executive Officer

Directs the day-to-day activities of the GRAR staff and program offerings; works with the Boards of Directors to develop and implement the goals and strategic direction of the organization.

 

Marlon Blanco
Chief Financial Officer

Supervises all of the financial functions of the Association. Oversees accounts receivable and payable; serves as staff liaison to the Finance Committee; coordinates annual budget for GRAR and GENRIS; coordinates annual audit.

Dawn Johnson
Financial Services Coordinator

Coordinates all dues billing activities, collections, bank reconciliation and statements; accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Julie Franzese
Director of Communications & Marketing

Oversees marketing and communications, member engagement, innovation, process improvement, website development and management (GRAR.org and homesteadnet.com)

Karen Herbst
Communications Specialist

Provides assistance and support for the Association’s internal & external communications including: e-newsletters, membership-wide mass e-mails, press releases and GRAR.org.

Diane Russi
Director of Community Engagement & Events

Coordinates GRAR, RPAC, and Community Outreach events. Staff Liaison for the RPAC Fundraising Task Force, REALTORS® Charitable Foundation Fundraising Task Force and Fair Housing Committee. Serves as a liaison for joint events with the Women’s’ Council of REALTORS® (WCR), Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) and Rochester Home Builders Association (RHBA). Serves as the primary point of contact for, and liaison between, leadership and business affiliates. Member of the Rochester Celebrate City Living Coalition.

MLS & TECHNOLOGY

Jane Sweetland
Director of MLS & Technology

Oversees MLS and all technical tools support, coordinates project, facilitates planning and implementation of procedures and policies related to the MLS and other information services.  Jane is also the staff liaison for Tech Committee and the coordinator of the annual TechKNOWPalooza member event.

Gayle Gallo
MLS Coordinator

Provides customer support for Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Oversees GRAR MLS Rules Compliance and IDX rules and access to data for IDX websites.

Kerri Lehmbeck
Director of Member Services

Oversees day-to-day operations of the Member Services Department with the goal of providing the highest quality customer service.

Provides assistance and support with Matrix, Realist, Supra products, and general membership inquiries.

Education & Professional Standards

Ruth Rosenberg Manne

Director of Education & Professional Standards

Ruth oversees all courses offered by The GRAR Real Estate School and acts as the GRAR staff liaison to the Professional Development Committee. In her Professional Standards role, she works closely with the Department of State, Division of Licensing. She is the staff liaison to the REALTOR-Bar Committee which keeps forms and contracts up-to-date. Ruth also administers the process to resolve disputes involving alleged violations of the NAR Code of Ethics and claims for commission.

Education Representative

Joann provides support for all courses offered at the GRAR Real Estate School.
