What is ListHub and How Does it Work?

ListHub is much more than a data feed! ListHub gives you a platform to manage the complexities of online marketing across a wide variety of reputable real estate marketing websites.

ListHub meets the needs of brokerages of all sizes, brands, and business models with minimal effort and expense.

How it Works

• MLS Connection: ListHub connects to the MLS
• Broker Registration: The head broker in charge can register online at no cost to use the service
• Broker Choice: The broker chooses sites, lead management settings, and where to drive consumer traffic according to the company’s business rules
• Accuracy: ListHub pulls the most up-to-date listing information and distributes according to the registered broker’s settings
• Automation: As new listings are added to the MLS, or as existing listings are updated, ListHub distributes the new and updated information automatically, ensuring that the broker’s online marketing is MLS-ACCURATE!
• Reporting: ListHub collects the traffic metrics from all of the publisher websites and compiles them into reports that provide brokers with critical marketing intelligence to guide their marketing and compete

If you are interested, there are three levels of service that Brokers may select.  GRAR Provides the Basic package as a member service to our Broker/Owner members.

Agent Registration

Agents in offices where the head broker holds an active ListHub account can now create a personal ListHub account just by visiting ListHub.com and filling out the “Create Account” section. In the past, this required a manual invitation process by the broker. To make it easier for the brokers and agents they have made this a “self service” feature. Once the agents login they have access to educational resources, tech support, and the ListHub upgrade benefits if purchased by the broker, or the option to buy reports if the broker did not choose to upgrade.

Agent Reports

There is now an agent reporting option! Agents can buy the upgrade (if their broker has not already purchased it for their company) for $129 per year for unlimited listings. The agent upgrade comes with agent reports with the metrics for their listings only, individual listing reports, and listing presentation flyers.  Discount pricing available for brokerages – includes all of these options for agents and more!

Agent Web Site Redirect

Agents my request that their listings link back to the property details pages on their personal agent Web site. The broker must authorize this option for their agents within their ListHub settings. There is a one-time setup fee for this service.

Branch Offices

For firms with multiple branch offices, you will only need to create one ListHub account. You may indicate multiple office codes in your registration process. If you have offices in more than one MLS, you will need at least one account per MLS.
