GRAR Rising Star Award Criteria

• Attendance/participation in any GRAR events or training
• Displaying professional growth (EXAMPLES could include the following)
  • Attaining designations and certifications
  • Attending industry conferences
  • Sought professional training opportunities
  • Engaged in mentorship opportunities
  • Actively engaged in sales related tasks within their brokerage and in the field
• Showing great cooperation with other agents
• Exhibits proactive and leadership characteristics in the real estate industry
• Shows involvement in the community
• Has a minimum of 12 closed transactions in your career

Please describe your involvement with any of the following (including, but not limited to) local, state, and national associations. Please complete all applicable sections.

GRAR Participation (any of the following):
Committee/task force participation; attend REBOOT technology fair (formerly Tech-Know-Palooza); YPN; attend RPAC events; take educational offerings of GRAR; etc.

Local participation with: Women’s Council of REALTORS® (WCR); REALTORS® Charitable Foundation (RCF); NYS Commercial Association of REALTORS (NYSCAR); Rochester Home Builders Association (RHBA); Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA); etc.
