Case Study: Ardi Transformed Member Support for SABOR and LERA MLS
Ardi isn’t just for GRAR members—she’s helping agents at other associations, too. Developed by GRAR in partnership with Voiceflip, and originally created to answer GRAR members’ after-hours questions, Ardi has now been adopted by nearly 30 MLSs and real estate associations nationwide.
The San Antonio Board of REALTORS® (SABOR) and its LERA MLS became one of those organizations after recognizing that members often needed help outside regular business hours, when in-office support was unavailable. SABOR had explored other tools, but found that most were too narrow. Implementing Ardi gave the organization an opportunity to build a smarter foundation for managing and sharing knowledge, using a tool designed specifically for MLS and association support.
Unlike a general chatbot, Ardi works from the organization’s own trusted rules, guides, and documentation within a controlled knowledge base. That means SABOR members can receive accurate, reliable answers based on information provided by their association—not the internet at large. If Ardi cannot fully answer a question, she can point members to the right person, department, or next step, so the issue keeps moving forward…even after hours.
