How to Access Matrix

On your Desktop/Laptop/Tablet Devices (no app required), go to  https://nys.mlsmatrix.com

Matrix Assistance

  • Member Tech Support Contact List CCBR for all (tip- add all to your cell phone contacts with last name = Support).
  • CCBR Staff is available during business hours, Mon.-Fri. 8:00-5:00pm at officeccbr@gmail.com  or 716-484-9426.
  • Contact AnswerLink for Matrix Support, M-F from 8:30am-8:30pm,  Sat/Sun from 8:30am-3:30pm at 888-825-5472.
  • ADA Technical Support Hotline.  The CoreLogic AnswerLink® ADA Hotline uses specially trained staff to assist customers who have hearing, visual, or other impairments.   844-209-0134 from M-F 8am to 8pm (excluding CoreLogic’s recognized holidays).
  • To report a listing violation, click on the ‘Report Data Error’ icon from a Realtor Display/Report from the listing in Matrix. To report a potential “off-market” violation, send an email to ccbr with listing number, photo or screen shot and nature of the violation (all reports confidential).
