Transact*
Starting June 18, 2025, the new “Transact” platform launched. This will eventually replace TransactionDesk and zipForm from Lone Wolf (likely by June 2026). This agent-centric platform combines the features of TransactionDesk with an upgraded, deal-centered workflow that enables agents to track the deal’s clients, paperwork, and timeline all in one transaction.
Note – All features are not available in Transact yet, such as Upload to Matrix from Data Input Forms. We expect to see that feature later this year.
Your existing data is still available in TransactionDesk and or zipForm (Otsego-Delaware members), and you can continue using the platform—or choose to try out the new Transact. Once we’ve fully migrated to Transact (expected in June 2026), all existing TransactionDesk data files will be view-only. Feel free to give it a try and know that this new tool is a work in progress. Use the normal support number to report issues or ask questions at 800-668-8768 or tdsupport@lwolf.com. Feel free to copy us so we can keep a list too at mlstools@grar.net.
